I have spent 11 years in the BPO industry, most of it inside marketing and client operations, and that is where Delta Solutions actually started. Not as a business plan, but as a frustration. Most marketing companies get paid whether or not they actually move the needle for the business they are working with. That structure does not reward good work. It rewards retention. I did not want to build a company like that.

A big part of it came from watching new clients arrive at agencies with no idea where their own website, hosting, or Google account access even was, because it had all been set up under the agency's own accounts. When that agency relationship ended, the business was starting from zero: new domain, no history, no reviews carried over. I decided Delta Solutions would be built the opposite way from day one.

I have also been on a computer since I was 9 years old, teaching myself by using and playing on one long before it was part of any job. That early, self-taught curiosity is still how I approach most of the technical side of this business. I hold a bachelor's degree in International Studies, which shapes how I think about business across the border. I am based in Tijuana, working with businesses on both sides of the line, and I have seen how differently marketing gets sold depending on which side you are on, and how much of that gap is just packaging, not substance.

Delta Solutions is built to close that gap. Every business partner works directly with me. No account managers, no outsourced call centers, no handoffs. If something is not working, you will hear it from the person who built it, and I will be the one fixing it.

The commission structure is not a gimmick either. It is the whole point. If your phone does not ring, I do not get paid what I am supposed to either. That is what “Your Business, Our Investment” actually means here: not a slogan, but the way the business is built.
